Once your student has been accepted as a student at Waterfall Canyon Academy, please complete the online enrollment packet below. Contact our Admissions Director with any questions about enrollment.

Step 1:  Click on the link below to create an account that will allow you to complete the enrollment packet online.

Step 2:  Once you have created an account, click on the link below to complete an online enrollment packet.  If you are returning to finish an application you already started, log in below using the account you created when you started the application. Once you have logged in, click on "Parent's Page" at the top right corner. Once you are on the "Parent's Page" click on "Edit this Record" at the top left of the page, then you can edit the application you previously submitted.

Step 3:  Once your child has been accepted to the school and you have completed the enrollment packet, please download the release and consent forms below. Sign the forms and fax or email them to the Admissions Director.
